2011 Here we are!

Ok so a lot has happened that I'm sure you are all aware of...but just in case here's a quick recap:

1. Cayson was born Oct 15, 2010 at UVMC in Provo Ut. He weighed 4 lbs 10 oz and was 161/2 inches long. He came into this world at 7:47 pm

2. Mike was laid off in Dec but we have found work in Jackson WY. We will be moving the end of April to a little town just over the Idaho boarder called Driggs.

3. Cayson is weighing in at a whooping 12 lbs now and will be 3 months old on the 15th of the month.

There have been other minor things but I wont bore you with the details. But all in all we are doing well and spending lots of time with our son. He has started to smile, which just brightens the whole room! We love our little blessing and couldnt imagine life without him.

A little piece of mind....

So after a lot of talking with my dr here in E-town and the specialist and neither of them being able to agree on a solution or attack plan for all the kidney issues I was fed up!! Mike and I saw our dr in Walmart (Mike's favorite place to be) and we updated her on the specialist visit. She decided to have us see a perinatologist.

We made the drive to Provo and met with Dr Guier(spelling?) She was FANTASTIC!!! We got a lot of answers and most important a game plan. They do everything with an ultrasound you could want. First we had an ultrasound tech for about an hour telling us what we were looking at and then the greatest thing ever......We got to see little Cayson in 3D!!

So now we are looking at 7-12 weeks left until he is here. The deciding factor will be how close I am getting to the point of "no return" LOL! So that could be anywhere as early as Oct 5th and as late as Nov 9th!

Our 1 year anniversary

July 3, 2010 was our 1 year anniversary and we were so lucky to have been sealed in the Manti Temple on that day too!! We had both decided the only thing we wanted from one another was to be sealed for eternity on that day. It took a lot of work and dedication but we made it! We had many friends and family members there to support us on this very memorable day!! We are so blessed to have the temple so close to us and to have the opportunity to be together thru eternity and now our little Cayson will be sealed to us forever too!!

DANGER is his middle name!

We would like to introduce everyone to Cayson Danger Stewart! Yes I said Danger is his middle name! Our little bundle of joy is scheduled to make his grand enterance Nov 27, 2010! Mike and I were so excited to find out we were expecting back in March. We were even happier to find out we are having a boy earlier this month!
The pregnancy hasnt been easy on me but I hear most of them aren't. Since I only have 1 kidney to start out with, I have to see a kidney specialist all thruout the pregnancy. In April I was diagnosed with stage 3 Kidney Disease. But dont worry everyone I'm doing ok and Cayson is growing and kicking just like he should be. I even had some good news last month, I gained 11 percent in kidney function. The dr cant explain it but I'll take every single point I can get! We'll keep you posted.

I know shocker huh?!?!?!?!

Ok I admit it, its been a while since I blogged but I had good reason...Ok maybe not good but I had my reasons. Lets see where to begin... I think we last left off back in July...

So about the beginning of Aug we had some problems and I ended up losing the baby. It was pretty devastating to us both. I was so scared and Mike was so amazing. He was always there for me whether I was wanting to cry or scream. I know I couldnt have made it thru that week without him!

Around the same time we had a niece born. A beautiful baby girl came into this world on Aug 5th. Curt and Colleen were so surprised! She really is gorgeous!!! Earlier that week Mike started a new job at a place here in Ephraim called Iworks. And since he's so awesome at everything he does, after just a week there they promoted him to a supervisor!! Its so nice to have him home everyday now. I missed him a ton while he was out driving trucks!!!

The first of Aug we got to move into our own place. Its so cute! Its a 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath house! I love it. It just feels like home!! I will take some pictures so you can all see it!!

Lets see what else... Oh we have been going to some yard sales and found some really super cute things to start decorating our house. I have started doing crafts and projects around the house. Thursday I have designated as "Craft Day" and after I finish blogging here I am going to start painting a dresser we got at one of the yard sales, for free!! We are planning on putting it in the babies room after I'm done with it....Pictures to come later.

Other than that bit of excitement I'm just putting our house together, making it ours, I had my first substitute teaching job the other day and I am going back on Fri. I love being at home and all but it felt really good to get back out there and do something else for the day.

I promise to write more soon and post those pictures!! We love you all!!!
